All shipments to the East Coast and Midwest are shipped in refrigerated trucks with our exclusive method of humidity control. We have spent over four years developing a new method to control the humidity in refrigerated trucks, whereby, the trees retain 98% humidity on arrival. They are not dried out by the cold air blast from the thermo-king causing needle loss. Shipments to the Southern United States are shipped in enclosed vented vans. This keeps the trees fresh and prevents drying from the wind.
