In order to offer the freshest tree available, we harvest with helicopters at each individual field and are able to have your trees on their way to you within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are cut. By loading out of several different yards simultaneously, we avoid the necessity of cutting 3-4 weeks prior to loading. Other growers must cut several weeks before loading in order to transfer all their trees to a central yard where they are unloaded off farm trucks, stacked in piles and wait to be reloaded weeks later. Emerald cuts within hours of loading because we move the trucks to the trees not the trees to the trucks.
